Buying this product was very easy and hassle free delivered very quick and well worth the money an excellent product from fishing republic . Would definitely use again

Fantastic customer service from a great set of lads. Only problem being stock choice, unfortunately lots of items out of stock so have to settle for products when making choices.

Great shop n staff especially MAYTE just lacking more course tackle but great shop got just about everything else

The 5 stars are for the staff as they were very friendly unfortunately it isn't the same for the stock.The shelves were empty and they only have limited choice of different items .

Been using fishing repulic for many years always found the staff very helpful and knowledgeable about everything and anything. One small drawback there isn't enough course fishing tackle available would really like to do all my shopping in one store. Thank you for listening

All the staff are brilliant couldn’t ask for a better service but the stock isn’t that great as I’ve had to travel to further places and spend a lot of money else where when I’d rather be coming to you guys but overall 10/10 for me ?

Wombwell store, Mark and the rest of the staff are very very helpful. That is more than can be said about the stock in the store, the everyday things like floats (none at all) hooks (limited) and weights.

Staff could not be more helpful, sorted my son out with everything needed to start predator fishing. Without any hard sell, a great relaxed experience.

Staff couldn't have been more helpful. Especially Nick the manager. Nothing was too small and always happy to answer any question no matter how silly I thought it was. Best place to go!!

The staff are absolutely brilliant to talk to, so knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble. However, the stock is abysmal whenever I go for what I need it’s never in stock. I’m having to spend hundreds elsewhere when I’d rather be loyal to these great bunch of guys who are the reason I keep coming back despite the difficulty obtaining basic gear. Please improve your stock availability ASAP but huge praise for the lads in there.

Just a shame the shelves aren't has friendly as the staff been wating for Preston products now for over 6 months I must have spent hundreds at the other store round the corner from you

Love the store I go in every 2 weeks or so to window shop and the staff are always hospitable and very helpful, especially nick he gave me some great tips and some new fishing spots to try. So special thanks to Nick and (I'm sorry I didn't get his coworkers name but you know who you are)

The length of delivery was a bit long. The item was picked quickly but took around 5 days to reach me.
Apart from that ok

Well where do i start. Ordered 2 fox eos pro rods on 24th January 2023 and paid for next day. order never arrived. so contacted customer services who refunded delivery charge. Sunday 29th 2 cardboard tubes were left in my porch, upon unpacking i noticed the plastic cap was missing on one of the tubes and the tube was empty. Again, contacted C/S and was told a replacement would be sent out on next day, never arrived. Contacted C/S again and was told that the replacement was lost between warehouse and shipping.
i asked for another to be sent and was told that they can't replace a replacement. they would have to cancel my order and refund for the rod that never arrived. 9 days after placing the original order i still only have one rod and no refund.
avoid this company at all costs. if i could have given minus stars i would have

Please don't bother emailing all your details as the email they give you doesn't except incoming emails.
just makes the company look like they are trying to help. Like i said, avoid at all costs
